The product uses a unique bimetal composite material processing technology, through a variety of plastic deformation and heat treatment process, the copper layer is simultaneously and uniformly coated on the aluminum conductor material, thereby achieving metallurgical bonding between two different melting point metal atoms. A copper-aluminum bimetallic conductor material is formed in a unitary cross section.
