2. Economic benefit’s analysis
(1) reduce the cost of conductor materials
At 50,000 RMB per ton of electrolytic copper, the density of copper busbar is 8.9, and that of copper-aluminum bimetal clad busbar is 3.94.Take 10x100 cross-section as an example. Under the same interface, 474.7 RMB per meter for copper buabar, 255.7 RMB per meter for copper-aluminum bimetal clad busbar , and 219 RMB meter for savings, 46% for savings.
Under the same load flow: 474.7 RMB per meter for copper busbar, 307.3 RMB per meter for copper-aluminum bimetal clad busbar , saving 167.4 RMB per meter and 35.3%.
(2) reduce the energy consumption of the line

The larger the conductor section, the smaller the resistance and the smaller the energy consumption.The cost of copper-aluminum bimetal clad busbar is much lower than that of copper busbar.
