The Claded Cu-Al Bi-Metallic washer is a conductive material with stable performance, high conductivity, easy molding and stable output performance. It is not affected by the use environment, and the composite surface will not break without the reinforcement measures, but can achieve excellent electrical conductivity.
Cladded Cu-Al Bimetallic washer are mainly used for copper-aluminum transition joints, avoiding the direct connection between copper and aluminum to produce electrochemical corrosion between copper and aluminum, and the electrical resistance is increased, resulting in various electrical accidents caused by local heating of the circuit. Currently it mainly is used in reactors, lithium batteries, electrical parts and so on.
